Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we can arrange an exchange as long as the item is still in new condition.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Non-returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. This usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it at no cost.
